Every workshop starts from an outcome — what does the attendee need to be able to do after the session? — and works backward. No filler slides.
We ship pre-workshop repos so attendees don't burn 45 minutes on environment setup. When the workshop starts, everyone's already at `npm run dev`.
We follow up. Post-workshop office hours convert 'that was cool' into 'we shipped it in production.'

Do you do in-person workshops?
Yes — anywhere with a hackathon, conference, or partner office. Remote workshops via Zoom or Discord stages work just as well and cost less.
What's the minimum group size?
We run workshops as small as 5 partner engineers and as large as 200+ hackathon attendees. Format changes; quality doesn't.
Can you white-label the workshop for our team to deliver?
Yes. We can produce a train-the-trainer kit: slides, script, repos, and a playbook so your DevRel or SE team can deliver it repeatedly.
